How Can I Reddem 3 Crates That I Got?

I did a formulary about the champion rank and they said it would give 3 crates i believe if that was the case how can i open them ? if i lost them i understand. if anyone knows how please comment they arent in the crates tab btw.

 

Uh well if you bought champion rank, it’s only a preorder so you’ll get all the stuff when it releases if that’s what you’re asking. :)

What poll? I haven't heard of anything like that, sorry for the odd question.

 

The champion rank survey, announced on the server. Said 3 free crates upon doing so. I haven't received mine as well. Could only assume it takes a while to look at every survey.

 

There was a poll wynn sent out like less than a week ago asking people if they wanted champion to be a one time purchase or subscription based thing, and it rewards 3 crates (I think) for completing it. I don't think the rewards have been sent out yet though
