Npc Not Working

    Hello there,
    I restarted with a different class on the server. I made it to Detlas, and I am trying to open the passage back to Ragni. For some reason, Miner Linton won't talk to me. Every other NPC I go up to works fine. Any help?

    Edit: It finally worked, but took forever (like 15 minutes). I have no clue what is going on. Can someone help?

    That happened to me. Try clicking with an empty hand or go about your business and come back later
