    1) Are you end-game? (aka have finished all the quests)
    2) Do you have hundreds of hours of spare time?
    3) Do you have a life?

If you answered 1) Yes, 2) Yes, and 3) No, then reconsider your life chooses and then think about whether you really want to do profs.

If you are sure about your decision, then do Tailoring, Scribing, Cooking, and Jeweling.
Those provide Loot Quality - your best bet if you want a profit.

So if I have live I have a betzer chance to do them?

I heard tailoring (yes, I read it), jeweling or consumables are quite profitable.

If you're not interested in making bank (or that isn't your only priority), consumables are probably the most fun since they can actually be used in regular gameplay. I personally think alchemy is the easiest to level, so I would go for that first, but I think food is a really great choice too if you want really nice long term buffs. Scribing is possibly the worst at the moment, but with raids scrolls are going to be a handy party buff so that's a good choice too. One note about scribing is that while it takes the least gathering resources, getting the materials is probably the hardest, so you might want to keep that in mind.
