    I would like a build that is able to hold it's own while having as much loot bonus as possible. The only restrictions are no mythics, while LI items are discouraged, but not completely off the table. Feel free to include crafted items.

    -hpr shouldn't really be a problem if you're using a shaman or mage. Dual wield if you're having trouble doing damage
