    Well, due to its negative melee damage and super slow attack speed, it has little melee capabilities. Additionally, its only usefullness is in the Totem Spell and its healing, as by the time you unlock Aura and Uproot, better items are available.

    I mean the negative melee damage and super slow attack speed makes it not actually as good as it seems for melee damage. It really is a tanking weapon because of the fact you cast your healing spell (Totem) and by the time your totem can actually do damage this weapon's irrelevant.
