Shaman/Skyseer Help Need Help With Shaman Tank Thorn Build

So a friend of mine likes thorn or poison builds and came up with this: https://wynndata.tk/s/p67s0i and asked for me to post it here to get feedback/critique. I think they intend to use it for the updated guild wars in 1.20, and wants to know if there's anything to add/remove to improve it?

 

Looks alright to me, but Amulet of Rejuvenation & Statue really remove any practical use of it. You won't be able to move well, and high regen and thorns won't do much if none of the mobs can actually aggro onto you in the first place. Maybe if you just plopped yourself down in an area with high mob density, it could work, but you may want to have another necklace for practical usage. I'll try to find some good options.
EDIT: I missed the guild wars part, but movement speed and such would still be something to deal with.
