Question About Loot Runs

Hello I was just confused about doing loot runs. I've currently been running around Corkus and I don't entirely know what I should picking up. I know ingredients are good but it seems like some dont really sell at all and what legendries should I be picking up because it seems like a bunch of them don't sell at all. Along with this what does lq and loot bonus do?

lq increases the quality of loot you find, it softcaps at 40% with each % after that doing .25 the normal value
lb increases the amount of loot you get
I don't lootrun that much, but it seems like legendaries don't sell, some uniques that are in the meta sell for way too much(yang for example), and most people i see lootrunning only take T4 powders. also use wynntils lootrun paths of you don't already

I've been told that Stolen Goods sells for a lot, but I wouldn't know.

What i pick up for lootrunning is;
all emeralds if i have space
legendaries (Prioritized over emeralds)
fableds and mythics (obviously)
all t1 ingredients or higher (Just click to put them in your pouch, You can sell them later by shift clicking your pouch)
T4 powders
