    Well, mobs are always decently strong now though they can be upgraded to be made even stronger. And yes, if you just upgrade the other upgrade the tower can be strong and the mobs not so. Personally, I feel like mobs are not such a big part anymore, though I guess that could change if you want to take down some stronger territories with a tank build.
