    Ice Bear says you get some really nice accessories at level 74 and 75 like the Royal Amulets and Dectective's Ring. Ice Bear says raindrop is a pretty good ring at level 69 because it gives 1/4 mana regen.

    Honestly accessories and builds really don't matter until you get to around 90 and start doing toa/qira hive/legendary island
