get it i did the funny thing where i used brainwash with intelligence items.
it's suboptimal and does less damage than speccing into either normal intelligence based spell or normal spell cost based spell but why the fuck not.

hey i didnt decide to put that much mana on brainwash. also wynndata uses max stats and getting max rolls on max rolls on two base 2 and 2 base 4 rolls doesn't sound fun.

is the build good? no. not at all.
is there too much mana? way too fucking much.
is there any reason to use this? do you enjoy pain?

pros:
literally nothing. it isn't good. at all. don't use it.

cons:
too much mana
lots of roll dependency.
unusable in game because demon tide is broken.
intensity
gigabyte
bad damage for cluster.
