What Do You Think Of This Build And Are There Ways I Can Improve It?

This is my idea for a build and I was wondering if there were any ways to improve it! (It is a spell spam mana regen build)

19 mana regen is overkill

anyway this thread should be in class build section

 

im not really the best buildmaker, however using 3 li accessories seems unnecessary, especially with all the mana steal. since you already have -420 life steal, you dont need to focus on mana steal, and there are plenty of good mr/spell damage accessories you could be using instead of the li accessories. also, the use of royal stormy amulet is unnecessary as well.

Now, at first you may think this has really low hp and mana regen, which is true, but you’ve got to remember the existence of EHP. (ehp stands for effective hitpoints, basically hp after calculating in defense and agi)
As for the mana regen in the build i posted it is more than enough for a 1-1 spell combo. Mages overall spellspam is significantly lower than for example assassins and archers and you should never underestimate how little mana a 1/1 combo drains.

Oh, it also has 5k more meteor damage. (why did you initially add fire powders tothe nepta?)

 

This might be the single worst build I have ever seen you post.

 

Oh no, I just realized I did a fatal mistake where I didn’t get it to hit 129 int which would make it 1 mana meteor and in the range of “usable”. This’d also meant I’d probably put like a dhydro ring for mana sustain

I made this at like 6am just as i woke up and on second glance, its pretty awful

Imma make a diff build.


EDIT: on closer inspection it seems my sleepy self even put a draoi instead of an mpc for somewhat acceptable mana sustain, lmfao.

Its a pretty standard ewf nepta with quite high mana sustain for the spell costs so if you wanna you can swap out mpc for like a second yang. Also, please disregard whatever pile of garbage that other build i posted was.

how do you manage to use both virtuoso and double draoi yet still end up with a build like this

 

In defense of the original build its got more ehp and way better defenses, walk, etc than the second one, and from experience 6/4 is enough with 1221 spell costs (maybe only barely enough)

The walkspeed difference alone should count as like a 30% effective defense increase at least, lol

The build I'm currently using is 1/1/1/2 with 5/4 mr, and doesn't run out of mana in boss fights and can still chain tp and fly, also has <10k hp with comparable defense/agility and hasn't died yet from any of LI/EO/repeated wybel grinding so I'd say its up to spec

chill mage gameplay can get away with like 4/4 mr

would actually recommend the first build (except with mpc or maybe some ring that gives +2 skp and hp over draoi, to hit 129). -20 walkspeed is no fun once you play it

No need, keep Draoi - you'll still get enough for 7 spells per cycle.
