Received An Insta-ban Upon Joining Discord

Howdy folks, new player here. Started about one week ago and have been loving the experience, so I figured I'd join the Discord server earlier today. During the 10 minute grace period in place on new accounts, I was instantly banned despite being totally unable to interact with the server. I've looked around Wynncraft's online resources and haven't been able to find a resource to resolve this matter. Could a member of the Discord moderation team help me out with this? My Discord ID is DusterTheSecond#5973 - I'm sure you're able to look into my history and confirm that this is just a mistake. Hopefully this post doesn't get lost, and a big thank you in advance to any who may help me out with this.

Sorry for the complete ineptitude, but how can I do this? Is there somewhere I can find the Discord IDs of the mods to message them directly?

Where exactly do I have to click/navigate to/whatever to do this? There is totally a chance I'm just being a clown and missing an obvious sign, but I haven't been able to find a specific place to do so yet.
