Unable To Use Store

I am currently VIP rank and had intended to use the sale currently going on to upgrade to VIP+. However, when I fill in my paypal details, check the terms of service checkbox and click purchase nothing happens. When I open the browser console I see this message (firefox):


When I try to use chrome this is the console message:


I emailed [email protected] about the issue a week ago, but have not received a response.

I find this problem especially confusing as I have successfully used the store before. I do remember having a similar type of issue, but I do not remember how I resolved it.

 

Bump. I'd appreciate if I could speak to someone about this before the end of the sale.
