Switching Minecraft Account Linked To Forums

Hi guys,

I have switched to a new Minecraft account since the time I created this forum account and am not quite sure how to go about re-linking it. I've attempted the /forum command on both accounts, the older yielding a message that it had already been linked to a forum account and the newer saying basically the same via the forums.

Is there a link for me to make this change myself or is this something I would have to reach out to Wynncraft support about?
