    many of the quests will be remade and possibly reset, you'll probably to be able to claim some rewards twice

    Quests give a lot of xp. Imagine grinding where you would do Gavel quests otherwise

    Oh, yeah, Hollow Sirene and A Fighting Species, but they wouldn't change the amount of xp that much, would they?
    I mean The Feathers Fly are two new quests, which are in a different place, but still.

    If you wouldn't do anything in Gavel but still wanted to level up you would have to grind much, much more
