Killing Yourself To Fast Travel

As we know in the quest Beyond the Grave, when you die you go to death's realm, however you never remember it... but thats beside the point.
We know you have the option to go back into the mortal realm, but to do that you need to, as death says it, "IF YOU WISH TO RETURN TO LIFE, AND I CAN NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE DO, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BEAT THAT WHICH SENT YOU HERE."
This means that, if you /kill to fast travel, you need to kill yourself to return to the normal realm... and this is where it is confusing.
you kill yourself, you are the cause of your death, so to go back you need to kill yourself, which in turn is also you dying so when you die you go back into death's realm, but yet again you killed yourself, meaning you need to kill yourself to go back, which makes you die and it goes on and on...

My point is that you shouldn't be able to revive using /kill if the lore is correct

I wonder what death thinks when he sees us constantly kill ourselves just to get to a city 20 seconds faster

Anyways... I discovered something REALLY useful.
If you /kill yourself while your in the Nexus (Magic Tunnels -> Order of the Grook Quest) then you respawn in Lutho.
That means that we have a fast travel from Nemract, Selchar, Llevigar, Pirate Cove and Mage Island to Lutho. (at least it worked for me)

Like if useful or dont idk

 

I think it's more a choice of "Kill whatever sent you here and go back for free, or I'll take two soul points from you and send you on your way."

 

so as soul points are infinite... why can't we start a soul point market?

also y is there soul points in hardcore? ._.

 

What about travel scrolls? Do they half-kill you?

 

So we murder ourselves, so we could just get to a city 30 seconds faster? Wow very interesting.
