pros:
fast hybrid
shitty spin damage for cata but still absurd for anything else
pretty solid ehp (8.5k hp, but 64def 90agi)
idk some sustain i guess (Hellion, that ring which is so often overlooked and tiny hpr lol)

Note that Draoi Fair is there to allow for one extra low cost spin, because I know that 7ms isn't a lot.

Also it has hpr (tiny amount, but better than nothing)

and strength reqs, making it an actual pentaelemental build

320 skill points. I can totally see one minor nerf to any item just domino-ing the entire build. Otherwise looks pretty darn good.
