    Yes. Not me, but collectors. I refined all of mine way before 1.19.

    It was a 1.18 profession thing where you have to bring these "unprocessed" materials to a "refinery" to turn them into materials you currently see today. The refine chance is on average 20% lower than what you get today. Let's just say it turned off a lot of people from professions, although it was kinda a cool concept nonetheless.
