Theory: Corkus = Germany?

    So,
    we all know and love Corkus, island of sarcastic super-computers and confused patriots.

    I discovered something.
    Yes, it is true. Corkus = Germany.
    But why? What is wrong with you?
    Let me explain.

    1) Corkians greet you with "Mo'in".
    "Moin" is a greeting in the north of germany.

    2) Doctor Legendary (our favourite Corkian madman) has a german name:
    He is called "Dr. Herbert von Legendary".
    The "von" means "from" in german.

    3) Corkus is divided betweed the Avos and the Corkians. At the border there is a giant wall.
    Which wall you ask?? The BERLIN wall of course!
    Germany once was devided too. On one side was the socialist state "DDR" and on the other side was a economically developed "BRD".

    4) Lastly, the german engineering is known around the world. The same goes for Corkian inventions.
    Corkian drills can be found near Neesak (Quest: Frost Bite) and near the frozen heights (Dwarfes and Doguns).
    Also the steampunk theme could have been inpired by the "Wirtschaftswunder" the economical miracle in germany in the 20th century.

    So thats everything. This is clearly a 100% reliable scientific proof that Corkus is Germany with birds.

    I always saw it as more of a parallel to America, they left their country because of injustice, came to a new land where they do trade, they have a pretty bad relationship with the native people they're stealing land from, and they have a large slave population to do all the manual labor they don't want to do.

    also btw why do we know that Fruma is square?
    If it is exacly the square between the ocean and the jungle it will be a small province... which would be a bit sad imo

    I thought I had read somewhere that Fruma is much larger than Wynn...
    Even if Fruma is there, it could just be a portion of Fruma and we never get to see the rest...
