Assassin/Ninja Help Assassin Need Help

Hi aspiring assassin. Just reached level 81 and got my bobs weapon. Wondering if I should go for an int based build or a dex? Dex seemed all around better but I tried int recently and it seems about the same but I can't tell which one is stronger. What's better for this late game I'm getting into? And how should I powder up my weapon? Running a int Amadeus with a morph set and a spectre hat. Tysm for your input!

 

1: bob's weapons are really terrible, use chakram at that level
2: int is far above all other sp types, only use a lot of dex if an item needs it or you want good thunder dmg, since critical hits suck as a way of increasing dps, while cheaper spells is golden
3: I recommend champion armour and whatever accessories you have for lvl 75-90
