    Prologue:
My longest standing dream job is that of a game developer.

Though my portfolio hadn't been particularly impressive before, only spanning a dozen or so shoddy games across a decade, I always had a burning passion to work around the stuff as best as I could. So, over the course of the past year or two, realizing that one day I'd have to either get a job or die, I finally started taking things more seriously. This thread is the culmination of that.

How did we end up here? Well, one thing to note, is that I've never liked using other people's work, regardless of whether it's for public or personal use. That's why almost everything "original" I make is at least 95% self made from scratch. That mentality starts becoming a problem with something as vague and vast as "game development", that's made up of tons of different areas of skills and knowledge. Most people would quickly realize, that learning all of those categories would take way too much time and effort for one person, and stick with one or two they like the most. I didn't. I had the passion, I had the sisu. So, I gradually taught myself one thing after another for a year whenever needed, and as a result, became a fully independent indie gamedev.

This paragraph is mostly to flex with my competence, since I gained a wide array of skills, including but not limited to: Drawing, texturing, 3d modeling, programming in numerous languages, writing shaders, animating, designing environments, performance optimization, composing barebones music, editing images, editing videos, rigging models, making AIs and neural networks, and much more random things. Where did that get me in life? Well, now I'm unemployed, going homeless sooner or later, and likely dying before 20. Was it worth it, though? Hell yes.

Going back to the topic though, since humans tend to lose creativity as they age, it's not uncommon for them to look for inspiration from their living habitat. For me, starting as early as the Craftedmovie times, Wynn has been one of the most influential things in my life for almost a whole decade now, so it's no surprise that a lot of the inspiration for my work comes from it. Therefore it also makes sense for me to share it back here.

What makes game development so fun to me is trying new things out. The curse of this mindset is, that making anything on a large scale is really hard, even with pristine project management. That's why I've accumulated dozens, if not hundreds of tiny projects and assets to my pockets, most of which I've never shared with anyone. Until today, that is.

Not really original, just something that I uploaded but never shared anywhere:

A quick shitpost about wynn spells, ignore the broken everything

    Downloads?
No. There is no download, this isn't a game, didn't you read anything I said in this post? This isn't a game. Don't ask for a game, don't suggest a game, don't even hint at making a game, don't wish for a game, don't talk about it being a game, don't dream of a game, and don't ask for the project files. This isn't a game. This is not something I'm actively working on or towards. I'm sick of people talking about these. It's not happening, and that's the way it's going to be till the end of time itself.

Other similar threads by me regarding the topics

Is there more? Yes. There's always more. I'm just not sure if anyone cares enough about tiny snippets like this, hence, I made this thread to test that.
