How do you do, fellow kids?

The idea of creating an MMORPG server came to mind a few weeks ago. I started setting up a test-server and got to work. As always, I got sidetracked and watched a 2-hour long youtube video about the history of minecraft-youtubers where this server was mentioned. Supposedly, Wynncraft had been six years in the making. My curiousity has been piqued, to say the least. After joining and playing through the into alone, I was blown away.
I can't imagine how much work must have flown into bringing this mega-project to life, but there is so much to do, the quests are well thought out, fun. Most importantly, to me, it actually feels like an MMORPG, unlike a lot of servers trying to achieve this same effect.

Needless to say, I abandoned the idea of creating my own server and started playing here instead.

I am glad you found this server interesting :)
I would recommend you to do all quests and explore a lot, because those things are the main thing in Wynncraft, don't hurry to endgame, it is about the journey there...

Ps: Just don't do professions

Greetings, newcomer! It’s spectacular that you are enjoying the server so far! As previously stated, you should try to do all of the quests and explore a lot. Professions like woodcutting can be really grindy and time consuming, so we recommend not doing them until endgame. Or ever.

There is so much to explore and discover, and the community will be there with you every step of the way. If you ever need something or have a question you can message me and I’ll try to help.

Quickly after joining I figured out that crafting items, gathering materials and leveling professions isn't absolutely necessary, so I ditched them straight away ;) Looks like I dodged a bullet.
