Community Event The (unofficial) 2020 Wynncraft Secret Santa

Hello!

If you're a forum veteran, you probably remember Pretzule's secret santa events. Unfortunately, Pretz is no longer a community manager, so I am attempting to take up the mantle of hosting a secret santa on Wynn.

If you don't know what a secret santa is, it's basically:
- You request what gift you want
- You receive a gift request from a specific person
- A different person sends you the gift you requested

HOW TO SIGN UP:
Interested in participating this event? Send me a conversation on the forums on the forums, or pm me on discord (WithTheFish#3763) with this form:

- IGN:
- Highest Level Class
- Requested Item 1
- Requested Item 2 (Optional)
(keep in mind that while you are requesting two items, only expect to receive one of them, which will likely be whatever the player matched with you has an easier time getting)

You have until November 29th to sign up. A week or so later, you will be told which player to give ONE OF THE TWO requested items to (but you can give both items if you're feeling generous). Ideally, try to give them a high-quality item, but if you can't get a great one that's fine. For the spirit of the season, try to give them their items at some point in december. During this time, a player will give you one of your two requested items too.

Please, do not sign up for this event if you feel like you can't participate in it.

Additionally, keep in mind that when signing up, there is a slight chance you may not receive items in return, so this event may not be for everyone. PLEASE try your best to give gifts to people though.

ITEMS YOU CAN'T REQUEST:
Naturally, some items are too difficult for many players to obtain, and as such you can't ask other players to get you them:

- ANY Mythics
- Chestnut or White Horses
- Items with a specific roll
- Over 3 stacks of any 0/1 Star Material or Ingredient
- Over 32 of any 2 Star Matieral or Ingredient or T4 Powder
- Over 8 of any COMMON 3 Star or Ingredient Material or T5 Powder
- Over 2 of any RARE 3 Star Ingredient (Bottled Fairy, Decaying Heart, Lunar Charm, etc) or T6 Powder
- A crafted item with specific stats/IDs (you can request "crafted wand/armor/food" though in general)
- Ultra-Rare Collectables
- YOU CANNOT ASK FOR EMERALDS
- You cannot request anything from the online store.

GIVING GIFTS:

- Once you know who you'll be giving items to, shoot them a message asking them to trade!

You can always lootrun/grind for it, or buy it off the market.

 

what happens if you cant get on when the person you are giving it to is on

 

I'm hoping you two will be able to schedule something, given that there is no deadline.
