Is experience distributed evenly in parties? Is there a radius? Does everyone get 100% of the XP without distribution? I heard that when someone in your party kills a mob, you get 20% of the XP from that kill regardless... I just feel like players who want to level efficiently are discouraged from working with others given my current knowledge of how party XP works, because they could always get more XP from working alone (without totems ofc.)

You know, I’ve always thought it was 20% as well, but thinking about it now it’d make more sense if it was 100%. I also want to see the answer to this question.

According to the wiki party members receive 20% of the xp you get if they are in a 20 block radius
