A Few Questions About Housing

I have a few questions about housing in 1.20:

1. Are chests a thing you can get and use?

2. Are housing plots only for one person, or do the work similar to HSB, where you can invite people to the block?

3. How do you get blocks?

4. What is the build limit (in terms of height)?

Thanks to anyone who can answer these :D

 

Here's what we know / might know as of now:

1. Not sure, but I'm guessing no because it would remove the point of buying bank space.

2. It says you can invite other players so I'd assume you're allowed to give someone else building permissions, but also not sure.

3. It has been mostly confirmed that blocks will cost emeralds, with some being more than others.

4. Probably the world height, but no idea.

 

Not super sure about chests, but you can have armor stands that apparently quickswap builds and you can have NPCs (identifier, at least) as well as crafting stations

 

Anyone know where you can actually get one of these plots? I kinda want one, and the main page says it costs 750 (an absolute bargain imo), but I'm not sure WHERE I can get one.
