Assassin/Ninja Help Solo Legendary Island On Assassin.

Level 105 Assassin looking for a build to solo legendary island. Hive allowed, Legendary island allowed, No mythic unless around a stack. Would prefer spell spam and to avoid negative regen. I do have boreal mythic boots but they do not need to be included.

Any way to get some positive health regen on the blur build or would that sacrifice damage too much?
