    Is Waves Raiser good?

Also, I would be happy if you guys will share some tips in Gear Building especially which items to keep since I just keep on selling every weapon and armor I find to the blacksmith since I don't know if it's good or not.

Don't worry about builds and items until level 90+ pretty much every item even legendaries at that level are best just sold to the blacksmith. The only exception would be a rare fable drop that might sell for 1-1.5 le. You can ask for builds here if you aren't sure what gear to use but again don't worry about doing that until 90+ just use whatever you find that seems good.

Waves Raiser is quite good, probably one of the best wands at that level. As for what other gear is good, it depends on your playstyle; I'm assuming you prefer using spells, so I'll tailor my advice to that. You'll want to look at stuff with a lot of spell damage, especially raw as mage (raw is more effective when using weapons with relatively low base damage and spells that have high multipliers, both of which mage has), and stuff with mana regen and mana steal. Water damage is useful as mage as it boosts the effectiveness of your heal spell and anything that gives an intelligence bonus is quite useful, as that allows you to cast more spells. Beyond that, stacking some strength or dexterity would be advisable and having at least one defensive stat (defense or agility) is always handy. Three main skill points, generally with an emphasis on one, is fairly standard but by no means necessary; you could use as few as two or as many as five (and really you could use as few as one until you get more than 100 skill points), whatever works best (and most enjoyably) for you. There are plenty of niche builds you can use that won't adhere to a lot of that advice, but that's just sort of the "standard" advice I'd give a new player. I'd like to be clear that I'm not advising against using one of those builds (they're often very powerful, very fun, or both), just that I wouldn't necessarily recommend it above a more standard build (as they're often more difficult to use and require a more complex understanding of the game mechanics behind them; not impossible for a new player, but you could be making it more difficult for yourself). You also can use melee mage (it's arguably the best class for melee), but why?
