The fact that Corkus was added to the game (and in very close similarity to MrCoffeeTime's original suggestion) and now we have housing makes me think that the wynncraft community can turn literally anything into a meme suggestion and the CT will actually add it

So I was looking at the symbols at the end of the video and I think they say

Save him.


Also in the wynncraft banner on the 1.20 page there's small symbols there and I think I translated it to

The Realm of light.

 

Finally, the long awaited housing, well done guys!

 

Probably the light avatar, cant remember his name, but in the realm of light storyline we heard about how he was hurting from something, which sounded like an attack from the dern beast thing. Which is probably his equal and opposite.

I saw Siegfried in the video. Not sure if it relates but save him could be referring to

Bob, Aledar, or Sigfried himself.

 

Isn't The Lad being added in 1.20? Maybe "save him" relates to The Lad, somehow.

 

tbh, the lad feels too minor to have the update's logo partially dedicated to him.

 

Yeah I assume it's about Oriphon who is the light avatar as yknow realm of light, save him etc. And also the fact we presumably got to see him at the end of the trailer.

 

Out of pure curiosity, how did you find this? The word "Gavelic" hasn't even been posted on the wiki yet so I'm really confused on how people started translating it.

Well gavelic is just a presumed name for it. As for how we translated it, theres small text on the new logo for the 1.20 update which has the right characters (length and like the 3rd character being the same as the 5th, both e's) for 'The Realm of light' and this is backed up further by the text at the end of the trailer translating to '-a-e him' based on the logo text.

Oh and the Oriphon stuff is just really logical speculation, he's mentioned as the avatar of light or whatever in the realm of the light quest and apparently reassembles a fox, exactly like the big, bright white fox at the end of the trailer.

All in all, you just put these coincidences together and it's pretty obvious.

Wait, I need to know, will the housing islands be visible from the ground? Because personally, when I'm in a city I don't want a giant rock above me blocking the light.

 

Salted said in the discord that housing will only be visible to the person who's house it is, so even it is it'll only be above one city and he said it's not obnoxious-looking he didn't give that many details though.

 

They would only be able to do that by updating to 1.12. Some other features say that that may have happened, but I still feel that it would be easier to just edit it into the video.
