I'm from hypixel forums and wonder what this game is. All I know is that there is no war inside the Fruman Walls. What is this game?

No war inside the Fruman Walls is a meme, from a specific quest early on in the game.
Wynncraft is an RPG, so a good comparison would be Runescape, Skyrim, or WoW in terms of gameplay. We've got quests, dungeons, and tons more content to explore in the map - honestly, I'd say the best way to see if you'll like it is to try playing a bit, and decide from there. There's a lot of content and it'll be hard to get an idea of what the game is like without trying it out yourself. If there are some gameplay elements you don't enjoy, you can usually completely ignore them - there isn't much that's absolutely mandatory to be done (eg. professions, quests, dungeons, grinding - you can choose to ignore any of these if you want)

It seems most people agree the best way to experience Wynn is going in blind, so I'd suggest not to go too deep into the forums before playing.

 

Wynncraft is an MMORPG, there are 5 classes. Archer, Mage, Assassin, Warrior, & Shaman. You start out with one of those classes and you can make a new character whenever you want. Each class has different unique spells(abilities) you can unlock and upgrade as you level up.

This is a game based and focused on quests, lore, and exploration. There are 2 provinces, Wynn, and Gavel(There are going to be more) and you will eventually explore all the regions and you level up. The first few quests are pretty boring but that's just my opinion. It'll get way better on. You can also do professions such as mining, fishing, farming, and woodcutting to get resources to craft items.(Professions are optional though) You can craft better items using ingredients, you can get ingredients from mobs that spawn around Wynn.

When you kill mobs, you can get ingredients(Used to make items better when crafting, but can also have debuffs) emeralds, & unidentified weapons/armors. You can identify these at the identifier in towns for emeralds. There are 8 types of rarity. Normal, Unique, Rare, Set items, Legendary, Fabled, Mythic. The last one is the Depressing items, they are very weak but are used in the quest "Bob's Lost Soul" when you reach level 45.

You can also use the map on the Wynncraft Website by going to the Map tab, you can see where you are on the map.

I think he is referring to the fact that you said the province is Ragni. Ragni is the starting city. Wynn and Gavel are the two provinces lol

Also, technically speaking, Corkus is an island not a province

 

Please do not recommed installing wynntils untils they are lv. 50+. Let them kmow how it feels without any help and memorise basic things.
It is a great mod, I know, but nit for newbies
