   What determines how much XP modifiers I get? Whenever I'm choosing my class, it's always different; I never changed my armour (sometimes XP: 43%, 99% or something.)

   I’m not sure what you mean by when you’re choosing your class it’s different. I believe it shows the xp progression through the current level on the class selection screen, not the xp bonus.
