Mage/Dark Wizard Need A Cheap Lootrun Build

I am new to loot running and realised that I would get nowhere without an actually good build. So could someone give me one pls

 

third eye
diamond dust
lq legs
lq boots

lq accessories

king of hearts

 

Emerald staff for more lb (and morrowind or pretty much any other wand for a damage wand)

lb softcap: 80%
lq softcap: 40%
(you don't need any more lootbonus or loot quality than those values)

Anamnesis can be subbed for third eye if you happen to have a really good one, but only if you have a good one already, third eye does the trick quite nicely
