What Do I Do After Level 20

i would like to know the go to things to do after level 20

 

Probably go to Nemract and do some quests there if you haven't already.

 

yeah, go and explore the nemract swamp, there are many quests and some bosses there

you could also attempt the Lost Sanctuary dungeon (Time Valley) or the Bovine Barn boss altar (Durum isles)

another alternative would be to look for the Wynn Plains secret discoveries, they can be quite interesting if you like that sort of finding secrets and lore stuff

 

The best thing is probably to finish off all quests and get some mini-quests done (bolded because they could be grindy)

Second, Go to Nemcrat and find some armour and weapons for future levels.

Third, Grind until you get new quests.

Fourth, Do some dungeons.

Fifth, find some secret discoveries.

Those are 5 pretty interesting things to do. Of course, there is much more.
