Armouring Loot Build Helmet

since i obtained a warp recently, i kinda need a good helmet to negate most if not all of the - hp regen and give me a bit of mana regen so i can decently lootrun.
im curently using, https://wynndata.tk/s/htg2e9. with resurgence for the boots and a blue mask as helmet,
but im pretty sure that you can make a crafted helmet with the hp regen and mana regen so i can use lb boots and get more items from lootruning.

tnx for your options but both have too high of an int requirement cuz i only have 95 sp left and you cant go over 100 so if possible max sp req of 95
