   I would like to know if there are any recommended texture packs, shaders, and minecraft versions for the best wynncraft experience?

   You're only needed to use the Wynncraft Resource Pack. Shaders and additional resource packs are completely optional.
   
   As for the Minecraft version, the recommended version is 1.12.2.

   If you have forge 1.12.2 Wynntils if a really useful mod to help new players especially with learning the world with a in-game map.
