Mage/Dark Wizard I Need A New Build, Any Suggestions?

So, I am a LvL 104 Mage and I am looking forward to a new build since my old build is, at best, outdated. I am aiming for a spell spam build with decent strength. I also have a considerable amount of LEs (close to a stack), so I am not on a budget, I think, however, I know that's not enough for any mythics so please refrain from suggesting any builds which include those.

That's the melee dps, the spell dps is pretty bad (only 12k meteors on rainbow)
