It Is Literally Impossible To Get To -30,000,000

I would like to start this post saying that im not sure im posting this in the right forums, but it seems to be related enough to wynn and not just minecraft in general to belong here. If i was wrong, i apologize.

Anyway, a few days ago i thought "Hey, what if i wore my health regen build and jumped into the void". I had previously tested my regen build on both fire and drowning, and of course it could easily survive both. I jumped in, and i was able to easily beat out the damage. I honestly expected the damage to either ramp up and i would die, or i would be teleported back up into Ahmsord.

But i just kept falling, and falling. I decided i would make a hAHa fUnNe meme about this. So i waited until i hit -100,000 to /kill. Thanks to this community, after posting this meme i was told you can fall as far as -30,000,000. "Players below this height are kicked with an "invalid move player packet received" error. This can be fixed using external programs"

So i thought i would try to get to this height, it would take forever (6 full days) but i was extremely curious. Would that class be lost to the void forever? Would my entire account be lost? My second idea was to throw a level 1 player into the void just to see what would happen. Unfortunately i couldnt get my warrior to Ahmsord without leveling up to 2 with discoveries. Jumping in the void with 15 health results in... Surviving. Somehow the void doesnt kill you.

But after deleting minecraft and relogging, i was teleported back up. Well, not back into Ahmsord. I was teleported about 100 blocks below the island, losing massive height. This makes it completely impossible to reach -30,000,000, unless you were to leave your game going for 6 days straight. Except server restarts happen, which would restart your progress.

I was hoping to do this experiment myself, but unfortunately it just cant be done. Thanks, server restarts.

Now this- this is the kind of scientific research that wynncraft needs! Hat’s off to you even though the outcome might not have been what you wanted.

 

You guys just need... 6 day long bombs since bomb extend server restart time..

 

And then you find Colossal rat waiting at the bottom of the void for you just so it can get revenge and send you all the way back up again

 

Just get enough bombs and a dedicated few

 

144 hours of bombs
8,640 minutes

If you were to use double loot bombs because they're cheaper but last just as long, 20 minutes. That would cost $300.

i think that when you shift while usuong escape spell on archer you can go down faster.
I kinda have a feeling this is possible lol

Never imagined my comment on a meme (from the Minecraft Wiki) would lead to a scientific experiment.
If we can't legitimately do this, we'll just have to force Salted to let the server run for 6 days (/s)

I just tried this, i used an escape spell while still on the island and while i was slowly falling i moved over the void, and then started falling faster. I do believe it may have helped, but not by a large amount. I felt like i was going down at about the same speed, certainly not fast enough to make a difference. Another curious thing i forgot to mention, spells actually stop working after youve fallen only a few hundred blocks. You cant even attempt to cast them, nothing happens when you left click with a bow or right click with a spear.

And much like this, the escape spell actually stopped working pretty quickly. I started falling the normal speed around ~600 blocks down.

 

And do they truly postpone server restart?

hi have you considered that servers not on main such as the media server do not restart as often, making this possible to complete maybe with archer escape fall speed
