Reset A Quest

Is there a way to ask somebody or dont know that to reset a quest because its broken for me?
I wanted to do the aldorei's secrets part one quest with my warrior but i couldnt complete it because an npc did not wanted to talk and afterwards the quest just not updated than somehow i got a text in the chat that i completed it but did not get anything. btw ,y ign is the same as here if some developer tries to fix it (i hope so)

 

The quest cannot be reset. I have no idea how this happened but it seems you won't be able to complete the quest.

The website claims you have completed it. However, you will not be able to complete the next part because it requires an item from part 1

 

I’d submit a bug report and it should get fixed in the next major update.

 

Yeah there is no way to restart a quest. I can’t ever do the fire weapons quest anymore ;-;. Just make sure to keep all of your quest items!

We can't fix bugs without knowing about them.

 

I think if you've finished the quest you could try /fixquests, it'll give all the quest items. For the quest items you do not need, fill your inventory with emeralds and replace the spot the quest item was in with an emerald and close out of your inventory.
