Whatever the item buyer will give you for them. Endgame uniques aren't worth a lot in general, and unless they're one of a handful of very strong ones, you'll usually only be able to sell them to an item buyer.

You can search the trade market for the item, and if no one is selling one it's probably not worth trying to sell.

In your case, you will actually get a decent amount of emeralds because your level is low. You could easily get an EB from a blacksmith, or you could get up to 16 EB since the sp bonus on those boots actually isn't bad (approximately the 6th best boots for sp bonus). Probably even more since the life steal is pretty good.
