    this is after two rerolls by the way. when I first got it it was like 28% of max loot bonus and 0% of xp, i rerolled and got 3% max loot bonus (y'know, out of 100%?) and 0% xp, and i rerolled it again and got this monstrosity

    i'm debating just levelling another account up to 30 and stealing the bracelet off of it

    at least its not a mythic I guess
    but that just sucks
    happens to me sometimes as well

    yeah it's just a quest reward so its not a full odds fabled but still :/ just wanted some decent buffs
