Hello. I am attempting to purchase keys from the in-game market, but I seem to be stuck.

The market states I have purchased zero, despite having been charged.

Within the order, my only option is to cancel it. Clicking on the key cancels the order and refunds my emeralds.

After cancelling the order (and not claiming the emeralds yet), the order states the keys have all been purchased, although the order is now cancelled.

I can't seem to resolve this transaction at all. The only "end" seems to be cancelling the order. I have bought gear from the market before with no issues (twice, in fact, right before this). Can keys actually be purchased, or am I missing something?
    Thanks.

I've sold keys via the trade market, so they can be purchased there.

When you put up a buy order, it'll take away the emeralds you are willing to pay. Which are then 'stored' in the trade market. Once somebody sells a key for that price (or lower) that person gets the emeralds from the trade market. It seems like noone is selling repaired CUR keys on the TM. (at least not below your price.)
I'm not sure why it says 6/6 purchased. It might default to that or something. Never paid attention to it when cancelling an order.

The main reason it takes your money before an item has been sold to you is so that people can't put up buy orders for things you have no money for. If it didn't do that and only checked after the someone sold it to you, you might not be able to pay.

The reason it went different the previous times is probably because there were items on the TM being sold for that price at the time. In which case you'll instantly buy it.
