Shaman/Skyseer End Game Time Rift? Shaman

so im leveling up a shaman and i saw someone doing a lot of totems and someone told me its caz he uses time rift and i really want set like that so can someone help me with this i can use every item li qira but no mythics so.... idk

I wouldn't recommend using Aphotic and Virtuoso together here, since (at least for me) using Time Rift can lead to accidental melees fairly easily. Here's one with Sizzling Shawl instead: https://wynndata.tk/s/f0rj8q
