If the math checks out, this build should be able to get 10 1 cost uppercuts in a row at max -3rd spell. That isn't a gimmick for this build, since it's quite good otherwise.

Slayer + Sunstar tierstack hybrid is the best no-int Sunstar build archetype you could ever ask for honestly, rather than Heph

Alka build looks too glassy but...it's Alka so what can you do
