Genshin Impact

Poggers game Genshin Impact launched about 18h ago, and I wanna know if anyone else here plays it

I'm playing on asia server seems great so far (I was part of ghe closed-beta testing, and I'm seeing a few improvements since then aayy)

 

I'm planning on trying it out, but the website is taking forever to load lol been here for 15 mins already

 

Rip, maybe the site is getting overloaded by users right now coz the download speed was very fast when I did it 2 days ago (Pre-Download before the actual game release)

 

It was just a chrome problem, changing some chrome settings fixed it. Data download took me ~4 hours though LOL just starting it now and the title screen music is beautiful

 

All that and it's not compatible with my computer til they patch the crashes lol, guess I'll use the mobile version until then

 

Pretty good game from what I've played, having a load of stuff to keep me occupied. Haven't encountered any roadblocks in progression requiring me to actually have to pay money which is pretty nice and somewhat surprising. Gacha rates seem pretty awful currently but I guess thats what i expected from a gacha game, they gotta make their money somehow and what they offer for free in return more than makes up for it. Also play on Asia, drop your uuid and i'l add you

Still havent had time for this, installed it on phone for now but Im so busy but it looks really fun!

 

Tried running it on computer again, and once again it crashed right away. Looked up the issue again and it's an issue with intel and we just have to wait lol

Fortunately data is saved between mobile and PC if you link your account, so I'm hardly missing out! Starting soon.

 

Just started on mobile for the last half hour and I'm really enjoying it! The voice acting is a little weird but other than that it's pretty fun!

You should listen to the JP dubbing instead, yhe eng dubbing is a bit eh

And korean dub feels awkward to me, coz I'm korean and listening to anime voices in korean feels a bit strange for me lol

 

Well I finished the first few story quests, and it's been pretty fun. No official announcement regarding or acknowledging the intel problem, which is kinda frustrating knowing there's no estimated time for a fix, or if there even will BE one (you never know.)

Try to get Venti if you can btw, he makes a lot of things much easier (outside of battle)
