Nessack Hunters Calling

So I just started the quest Hunters Calling, and got up to Nessack I got telported into past nessack, then I accidently hit a deltas tp scroll. I tried coming back into Ice Barrows to get teleported again but I didn't I tried everything including /class, /kill, /server and nothing worked. I even tried getting the staff and going to time valley into the temple but even that wasn't working. Can someone please help me?

 

Theres a potion you need to drink. They put it behind a rock for some reason. It's stuck in the ground as an armor stand item

 

Coords I was trying to find it for like 5 minutes

 

I can't find it...

 

The rock is a large chunk of ice near the Ice Barrows entrance. The wiki has a picture of the location.

 

I found it but now the quest book won't update xD
