Shaman/Skyseer Help Tanky-ish Spell-spam Shaman Build

Hello! Im looking for a tanky-ish spell spam shaman build (lvl 105) , that I can use to solo bosses (like LI or Qira). I cannot afford mythics, but that's it on the restrictions. (Also preferably something not crazy expensive, as Im poor :D). I was using Morph-Procra before, and now Im searching for an actual build, that will be better. you could use shawl over aphotic if you prefer it, i wasn't sure
