Weaponsmithing Cheap -hpr Spear

I'm using a saviour's sacrifice build, and thus need to stay below 30% HP, anybody have a cheap recipe for making a spear that has decent -hpr (something like -100 to 300, not something as crazy as -1000). I won't be casting spells on it or anything, I'll just be holding it to decrease my health, so I don't think it'd need to have any dura?
(If it's not cheap or easy to obtain, I'll just stick to using planet healer, this is more of a quality of life thing I would like to have)

Shouldn't be too hard to get unless you don't have any maxed out woodworking skills.

 

perfect, thanks. I wouldn't need T3 mats though, right? The durability of the spear wouldn't matter unless I'm casting spells right?

 

Yeah, I know, it just happened to start with T3 crafting materials.
