Mage/Dark Wizard Help Just For Fun, What Build Can You Come Up For The Item The Nothing?

Just as the title says, I'd make it but I don't have an hour atm to make a build.

 

Heres one I came up with and was going to go for until I made a better one (that one is really expensive though)

 

This build is unwearable. You don't have enough skill points to account for the -strength from Hephaestus, the fact that wynndata doesn't say that is a bug that has to do with the way Wynndata calculates SkillPoints.
