I’m restructuring it and starting from a more reasonable point, since I let things get out of hand. If it locked, the plan was to ask a mod to unlock it and go from the new start point.

It’s very wip, considering this is now being split up into 5 campaigns

This was one, though, so really I'm splitting the rest up into 4 more but technicalities are weird

Count to 3k/0 has existed for less than a year and has nearly 1/3rd the post count and over 1/3rd the views of void rift

If I cared about the size, I wouldn’t have gone on hiatus to step back and reorganize everything.

I started this to host an rp and tell a story. This should’ve been “dethroned” a long time ago, given the number of “post 10 chars but a lot” threads out there.


That aside, for anyone who’s wondering what the status of Void Rift is;
- Galaxy map is being arranged, and planets are being (re)populated with characters geared for the new campaign
- The end boss is complete, and this time it can’t just erase you from history on a childish whim
(Two end bosses actually, in case you’d rather fight someone who can separate your soul from your body from the safety of their mechsuit instead of someone who makes you fight without any magic whatsoever)
- There’s no cake, Petunia eats it all in the other campaign. Sorry.
- Iris is as short tempered as always, so try not to get deleted by the protagonist.

Since we went on hiatus, I imagined this thread would end up getting locked and forgotten. It's so sweet to see people trying to keep my cringy, terrible writing that hasn't actually improved all to much at the end either such a massive thread alive. Thank you all.

 

It feels oddly like I'm holding a piece of history. A thread with over one million views that people probably put a ton of time into, it's strange to see it honestly.
