    What do you do with them? You don’t really make a profit and they are cluttering my bank.

    Either use them in builds, collect them, sell them on the market, sell them to an item buyer, or just give them to random low level characters if it's a low level legendary you don't need.

    You don’t pick them up.
    I only pick up Hetusols, Aphotics, and boots that are legendary. (And to be honest I shouldn’t pick up Aphotics)
