Data Transfer?

I've recently lost access to my Minecraft account long story short - I no longer have access to the email I used to make it & mojang have yet to get back to me after 9 months & have no other way to get it back..

I'm curious if it's possible to transfer my data on my old, lost Minecraft account to a new one that I have, Or even If I can't transfer my current progress is it possible to get my donator title transferred to my new account?

 

You can't transfer data from one account to another, and I'm also pretty sure that the rank transfer isn't possible either.
